I think both of these products are great. They both do their job whitening and make my smile look much better. However, out of the two, I would say Crest whitestrips work better for me. They are just easy to use and I like them because I can still speak normal because they are so small, unlike the whitening trays. Once I started using whitestrips, I noticed a difference in the shade of my teeth after two days and it was great! Hopefully this is helpful, good luck finding what works best for you!
