Does anyone have a toothbrush sanitizer? Or know if they really do work?

I'm soo paranoid about germs I end up going through about 3-4 toothbrushs a month.. Would these toothbrush UV light sanitizer things really work to kill germs? Shaper Image has one.. I saw one on HGTV.. etc

Soak toothbrush for about a minute in antibacterial mouthwash. Inexpensive, tastes good, and completely safe for your mouth.
